Tracy Avery - NHPC Member

Tracy Avery has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2006. Her background is in recreation, she worked in and managed Recreation Centres for 23 years. Her entire adult life has been spent teaching, protecting and helping improve the lives of others. For her, there has never been another road, first as a swim instructor, a lifeguard and Supervisor for Edmonton Leisure Centres and then as a Therapist and Healer in her own practice.

Tracy is a Wholistic Practitioner who is a Reiki Master/Teacher and specializes in Energy Work, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Somatic Emotional Release, Accupressure, Aromatherapy and Lyphntic Drainage. Tracy combines a variety of modalities into each treatment based on what the clients body is needing at that moment.

For Tracy learning never ends, she has been updating and expanding her knowledge and skills with courses and workshops every year for over 15 years. She is trained in all the modalities she has listed. Tracy continues to search out new opportunities to add new tools to help her clients on a whole mind, body and soul level. Tracy feels that a combination of various modalities is usually the most effective course of action. With a wide variety of tools to choose from Tracy and her clients can determine together what will be most advantagous.

Tracy is here to guide you to uncover anything that may be blocking you in being all you can be. Tracy creates a safe, welcoming and warm enviroment so you can relax and open up to what your body is truly trying to tell you. Our bodies are amazing and they give us all the information we need but sometimes we need help in decifering the message and that is where Tracy comes in. She can help you learn how to listen to and respond to your bodies messages. She is completely dedicated to being your guide to better living. This includes but is not limited to physical recovery, relaxation, healing or gaining insight in your own spiritual jounrey.
